This album is a set of six improvisations exploring live patching on a modular synthesizer and the layering of multiple performances. Limited editing was done in a "subtractive gardening" or "weeding out" manner with the intent of decluttering and focusing on the main musical gestures.

None of the performances or sections of them were re-ordered or looped.
